| Notes: | MPV is a standard for exchanging and playing collections of digital music, photos, and videos among consumer electronics devices and PCs on CDs, DVDs, memory cards, hard disks, home networks and across the internet. MPV is a series of XML-based specifications developed by the participating members of OSTA’s MPV committee. To play a .PVM file you need something to interpret the XML data. Often, this is a Javascript program embedded into an HTML file sent with the .PVM file and the media. You open the HTML file, the Javascript runs, and the browser will then display the media according to the instructions in the .PVM file. |
